A natural “people person,” Fran’s favorite part of being a REALTOR® is building relationships and helping clients achieve their goals. She understands that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction—it’s a deeply personal experience. For most, it’s where life happens and families grow, and she approaches each situation with care and empathy. It’s no surprise that many of her past clients have become lifelong friends.

Fran has experience in residential, commercial, and land real estate, along with a keen eye for uncovering “diamonds in the rough.” She enjoys helping clients find properties with potential and believes that with a little vision and TLC, great value can be created. Having remodeled several homes of her own and assisted clients in building theirs, she’s always ready to take on a new challenge.

Outside of real estate, Fran enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, along with fishing, camping, traveling, and watching home design shows.
