Bryan Hill

Bryan Hill has spent most of his life in Florence. After graduating from McClenaghan High School in 1970, he began a career in the clothing industry, specializing in men’s fine apparel. Over time, he transitioned into manufacturing with a local company, Trayco, and later moved into equipment sales. With a lifelong background in sales, Bryan found himself drawn to real estate as a natural next step.

After completing real estate school, Bryan began his career with the office of Joann Talbot. Around 2006, he joined Griggs-Floyd & Grantham, Inc. Real Estate Services, where he continues to serve clients today.

Bryan is married to his wife, Wanda, and together they have two sons and four grandchildren. In his free time, he enjoys fishing and is an avid sports fan, especially when it comes to football and baseball.
